Salaried GP – Rivergreen Medical Centre

An exciting opportunity has arisen within Rivergreen Medical Centre for a highly motivated and committed General Practitioner to join our friendly and forward-thinking practice. The candidate will be registered with the GMC have experience working in a GP surgery. The post-holder will manage a caseload and deal with a wide range of health needs in a primary care setting, ensuring the highest standards of care for all patients. The post is for 4 sessions a week, Thursday and Friday AM + PM.

Clifton is a great place to work with an interesting patient cohort with complex needs. We are a short walk from the high street for lunch and on the doorstep is the tram stop. We also have ample free parking and are both close to Nottingham but also Derby, Leicester and the motorway network to help your commute. We are a great team who work together well and support each other with a strong ethos of learning and continuous development.

We currently have over 8500 patients. Our fantastic team consists of 4 GP partners, 3 salaried GP’s, 3 nurses, 2 HCAs and a whole host of additional roles. We are also lucky to have a dedicated GP support team who work very closely with the on call GP to offer any administrative or fact finding support to the GPs. Locums always say what a benefit this is to their working day and we believe that it promotes safer working and work life balance.

We are becoming a teaching practice and you can become part of the supervision of the trainees and students if you wish to.
